1. Who you are booking with

The Journey of Health Circles are offered by Inge Steemans, trading as Mothers and Sisters, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 93502702. 2. What the circles are

Six online evenings of guided reflection, personal writing, optional sharing and integration, sometimes supported by a sound healing moment. Sound healing is not offered every week. The circles offer reflection and peer connection. They are not medical care and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or therapy. Please continue to consult qualified professionals for any health concern.

3. Dates, time, language and format

Tuesday circle: 5, 12, 19 and 26 January, 2 and 9 February 2027. Thursday circle: 7, 14, 21 and 28 January, 4 and 11 February 2027. Every evening runs 20:30–22:00 Amsterdam time (CET). Each group has at most 40 participants per evening. Sessions take place online via Google Meet. Joining links are private and sent only to booked participants. Groups are held in English, or in Dutch if everyone in the group speaks Dutch. We confirm the language of each group before it begins. Joining details are sent by email in the days before your first booked evening.

4. Bookings, prices and payment

You can book one or more evenings within one group at €25 each, or all six evenings of one group for €120. Prices are in euros, include VAT and are the total you pay; no VAT is added on top. Applicable VAT rate: [to be confirmed: VAT rate]. Payment is made in full at booking through Stripe. You receive a paid invoice from Stripe by email.

5. When your booking is confirmed

Your booking contract is formed when your payment succeeds and we confirm it. You then see a confirmation on screen and receive a confirmation email with your booking details and the version of these terms that applies. If payment fails, is cancelled or expires, no booking is made and any place held for you is released.

6. Welcome bag

Six-week bookings include a Mothers and Sisters welcome bag for delivery within Europe, with shipping included, sent with PostNL. We aim for delivery before Christmas 2026 for early bookings; later bookings will receive their gift afterwards. This is an aim, not a guarantee. The circles are open to women wherever they live. The welcome gift is available for European delivery addresses only; the six-week price of €120 is the same whether or not your address qualifies. Single-evening bookings do not include a welcome gift.

7. Joining the evenings

You are responsible for a working internet connection and device, and, where possible, a private place to join. Headphones are encouraged. Participation is always voluntary: you may stay silent, pause or decline any exercise, including reflective or sound-based exercises.

8. Respect and confidentiality

By booking you agree to our Circle Agreements: keep other participants’ stories private, avoid diagnosis and unsolicited advice, do not share others’ contact details, and do not record, screenshot, transcribe or use AI note-taking. Please do not record these sessions. These are in-the-moment gatherings, and we respect each other’s privacy and vulnerability. Full recordings of circles are not made. Confidentiality is requested and supported but cannot be absolutely guaranteed in a group. We may ask a participant whose behaviour seriously disrupts the circle or breaks these agreements to leave, after a conversation where possible.

9. Switching groups for a week

If you cannot make your usual evening, email hello@mothersandsisters.com to ask to join the other group that week. A switch depends on a place being available and is confirmed only once we reply.

10. Your cancellation and missed sessions

Right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from your booking within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. Tell us with a clear statement by email to hello@mothersandsisters.com, using the online withdrawal function, or with the optional model withdrawal form. Sending your request before the deadline is enough. We refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of your notice, using your original payment method unless agreed otherwise, without any fee.

Early start: if you book within 14 days of your first evening, you may expressly ask for the service to begin during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, you pay only a proportionate amount for evenings already delivered, where the law allows; your remaining evenings are refunded. Attending one evening does not by itself end your right to withdraw from the rest of a package. Cancellation by you: You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to and including 3 January 2027 (23:59 Amsterdam time). After that date, we do not offer voluntary refunds for cancellations or missed sessions. You may contact Inge to arrange joining the other group that week, subject to availability, or request the meditation for your own guided reflective moment. This applies equally to six-week and selected-date bookings, and does not shorten your 14-day withdrawal period or limit any other mandatory consumer rights.

Missed sessions: there is no voluntary reimbursement for a missed session. You may ask to switch to the other group that week. If switching is not possible, Inge is happy to send you the session’s meditation separately for your own reflective moment. This meditation contains no other participants’ voices or stories. Full recordings of sessions are not made.

11. If we cancel or reschedule

If we must cancel a session, we will tell you as early as possible and offer a replacement date. If no acceptable replacement is agreed, we refund the affected session: €25 for a single-evening booking, or €20 per session for a six-week package. If a session is seriously disrupted by technical problems on our side, we will offer a replacement or the same refund.

12. Preparing and materials

You are welcome to bring your own notebook and pen, and to create a comfortable space for yourself before joining.

Meditations, writing prompts and other materials are created by Inge Steemans. You may use them for your own personal reflection. Please do not share, sell or publish them without permission.

13. Liability

We take care to offer a safe and respectful space. We are not liable for indirect losses or for what other participants share or do, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Complaints

Please email hello@mothersandsisters.com with any complaint. We aim to respond within one business day and to find a fair solution together. If you live in the EU, you may also use the dispute resolution options available in your country.

15. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country’s law, and you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
